AED CONSTRUCTORES is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join a Skilled Nursing Facility in Vacaville, CA. You will evaluate and treat geriatric patients, develop personalized plans, and help patients regain independence in daily living activities.

Qualifications

• Active state license as an Occupational Therapist in California.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of OT experience preferred, ideally in a SNF or geriatric setting.
• Strong problem-solving and patient care skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and treat patients with physical, cognitive, and functional limitations in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
• Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
• Train patients in activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing, bathing, and feeding.
• Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications to improve independence.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation of patient care and outcomes.
