Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking an Occupational Therapist to empower adults and geriatric patients toward greater independence and quality of life. You will provide holistic OT services, collaborate with care teams, and tailor plans to each patient’s unique goals in a supportive clinical setting.

In this role, you’ll deliver patient-centered care with clinical autonomy while fostering professional growth and mentorship within a therapist-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or license eligible in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist Program.
• Interest or experience in skilled nursing, long-term care or geriatric rehabilitation.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized care plans focused on functional independence, safety, and quality of life.
• Deliver care through therapeutic activities, ADL training, and adaptive techniques.
• Help patients improve their ability to perform daily tasks such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Track patient progress, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and adapt treatment plans based on patient needs and rehabilitation goals.
