360care is seeking a compassionate Optometrist to serve geriatric and underserved communities, performing mobile eye examinations across skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. You will make clinical decisions and focus on patient care while the company handles logistics, scheduling, and billing.

The position is a 1099 Independent Contractor with a flexible schedule and no evenings or weekends, designed around your availability and expertise in optometry.

Qualifications

• OD degree and active state license required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to skilled nursing and long term care facilities to perform eye examinations.
• Conduct Eye Exams with mobile Optometric equipment and interpret diagnostic results.
• Diagnose and treat ocular diseases and prescribe, fit, and adjust eyeglasses.
• Recommend follow up care and treatments and educate patients, families, and staff on vision and optical protocols.
