Job summary

360care seeks a compassionate Optometrist (OD) to serve residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. This is a 1099 Independent Contractor role with flexible scheduling and no evenings or weekends.

You will travel to facilities, perform eye exams with mobile equipment, diagnose and treat ocular diseases, prescribe eyewear, and collaborate with the Care Coordination team to organize patient care.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree required.
• Active state license required.
• Licensed Optometrist in good standing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel to skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.
• Conduct eye exams with mobile optometric equipment and interpret results.
