• Must possess a Doctor of Optometry Degree.
• Active State License is required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to skilled nursing and long term care facilities.
• Conduct Eye Exams with mobile Optometric equipment.
• Diagnose and treat ocular diseases.
• Educate patients on vision protocols.
