Job summary

LHC Group in South Carolina is seeking a Senior Living Occupational Therapist Per Diem to provide age-appropriate OT services for adult to geriatric patients in home or facility settings.

Responsibilities include comprehensive assessment, direct treatment, supervision of COTA/tech, home exercise program development, patient/family instruction, and documentation aligned with department standards. Per diem schedule with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapy licensure in state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current driver’s license and vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patient to determine rehab potential and establishes treatment plan.
• Provides direct treatment to adult and geriatric patients.
• Supervises treatment delivered by COTA or tech.
• Develops home exercise program and provides patient/family instruction.
• Participates in team and family conferences and documents services per standards.
