Mederi Caretenders, part of LHC Group, is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant - Per Diem to provide in-home therapy to patients, helping restore function and independence. You’ll work under the supervising OT, following the plan of care and state laws.

This role requires Florida OTA licensure, a valid driver’s license, and CPR certification (preferred). Per diem schedule provides flexible hours with competitive compensation including per-visit and hourly pay.

Qualificações

• Current Occupational Therapy Assistant licensure in Florida.
• Current driver's license and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Following state laws and supervising OT guidance in home care.
• Follow plan of care and instruct patients in evidence-based treatment.
• Observe, record, and report patient progress to the nurse supervisor and physician.
• Educate patient, family, and care team on therapy methods within OTA scope.
