Job summary

LHC Group, part of the Optum family, seeks a Senior Living Occupational Therapist to deliver age-appropriate care for adults to the elderly in outpatient and home settings in Williamston, SC.

You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise a COTA or technician, educate patients and families, and document services in line with department standards. The role emphasizes direct patient care within a collaborative care team.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapy license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide age-appropriate OT services for adult to geriatric patients, including assessment and direct treatment.
• Supervise treatment delivered by the COTA or tech and develop a home exercise program.
• Document services according to department and facility standards and participate in team conferences.
