Southwest LTC is seeking a skilled Nurse Supervisor to oversee care in a designated facility unit. You will coordinate shifts, supervise CNAs, administer medications per physician orders, and ensure adherence to care plans and facility policies.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with state licensure.
• Current valid nursing license in the employing state.
• Pre-employment and annual Tuberculosis screening.

Responsibilities

• Receives report from the off going shift.
• Assigns CNAs and other designated personnel to assure resident needs are met.
• Gives report to CNAs and supervises medication administration.
• Reviews and follows the Interdisciplinary Care Plan and documentation.
• Maintains HIPAA compliance and coordinates with physicians.
