Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing (Mississippi)
• TB certification within first year
• Pass drug screens and background check

Responsibilities

• Supervises Nurses and Nurse Aides to coordinate and ensure quality Resident care
• Makes rounds with Physicians and conducts resident rounds daily
• Records and monitors Residents’ conditions and communicates with Physicians; assists with arranging Residents’ transportation to outside appointments
• Communicates with Staff Development Nurse and assists with orientation when requested
