Job summary

Wildewood Skilled Nursing & Therapy in Oklahoma City seeks a RN Weekend Supervisor to cover Saturdays and Sundays 8am-4pm, leading nursing operations with empathy and strong organizational skills. You’ll supervise staff, ensure adherence to policies, and collaborate with families while maintaining high quality patient care.

Applicants should hold an Oklahoma RN license, current First Aid/CPR, and have supervisor experience; 1+ year LTC experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current and unencumbered Oklahoma RN license.
• Up to date First Aid and CPR certifications.
• Supervisor experience preferred.
• 1+ year of experience in Long Term Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure nursing operational standards are met.
• Ensure all nurses follow policies and procedures.
• Train new team members and evaluate nurses’ performance.
• Inform family members about medical procedures and doctors’ instructions.
• Handle complaints or other issues.
• Establish a compassionate environment by providing psychological support to residents, family and friends.
