AltaMed Health Services Corp. seeks a Nursing Supervisor to oversee daily nursing care and supervise clinical support staff. You will coordinate with all disciplines and departments and liaise with regulatory agencies to ensure high-quality patient care.

Requirements include nursing degree from an accredited program, active RN licensure, and at least 2 years in geriatric nursing with 1 year of supervisory experience. BLS certification and bilingual abilities are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in geriatric nursing.
• Minimum of 1 year of supervision and management of staff in a healthcare environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish, Tagalog, or Mandarin preferred.
• BLS certification or higher per AHA/Red Cross guidelines.

Responsibilities

• The Supervisor oversees day-to-day staff activities.
• Interact, coordinate, and facilitate activities with all disciplines and regulatory agencies.
