Job summary
Elderwood Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a Nursing Supervisor (RN) to lead clinical operations during shifts and support nursing teams across units. The role emphasizes high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.
Qualified candidates bring RN licensure, 2+ years nursing experience with leadership, and a focus on geriatric care. BLS/CPR current, dementia experience preferred, and strong communication is essential.
Qualifications
- State license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Minimum 2 years nursing experience with at least 1 year in leadership
- Interest or experience in geriatrics
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Dementia experience desirable
- English literacy (reading/writing/speaking) required
Responsibilities
- Oversee nursing operations during assigned shift
- Support and supervise nursing staff across the facility
- Ensure quality resident care and regulatory compliance
- Assist with staffing and resident care oversight
- Collaborate with Unit Managers, DON, and interdisciplinary teams
