Job summary

Elderwood is seeking a Nursing Supervisor (RN) to lead clinical operations and support our nursing teams in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. This leadership role oversees nursing care delivery during shifts, supports staff across units, and ensures exceptional resident care and service excellence.

The ideal candidate will have an active RN license, 2+ years of nursing experience including leadership, BLS/CPR, and an interest in geriatrics.

Qualifications

Active RN license in the applicable state.
Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience and at least one (1) year in a leadership role.
Current BLS/CPR.
Experience with dementia población desirable.

Responsibilities

Oversee nursing operations during the assigned shift.
Support and supervise nursing staff across the facility.
Serve as a clinical resource and leader for nursing teams.
Ensure quality resident care and regulatory compliance.
Assist with staffing coordination and resident care oversight.
Partner with Unit Managers, DON leadership, providers, and interdisciplinary teams.
