Job summary

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in nursing with NP credential and state license.
- Board certification in an APRN specialty required or eligible.
- DEA/Controlled Substance license and valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Provide primary, post-acute and preventative care for residents in sub-acute rehab and long-term care units.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging.
- Diagnose conditions and propose treatments for chronic and infectious diseases.
- Prescribe medications and maintain updated records.
- Educate patients about health conditions and medications and coordinate care with staff.
