Job summary
AlignMed Partners is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join Langdon Place of Keene Center in Keene, NH. The role covers primary and urgent care for residents, with on-site collaboration with leadership and medical directors.
New grads are welcome. Base salary ranges from $112,320 to $124,800 per year, plus an incentive compensation program without a cap. Flexible 32–40 hour weeks, with comprehensive benefits and relocation support available.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program with RN license and NP certification (Older Adult or Family NP preferred).
- PA candidates must graduate from ARC-PA accredited program and pass PANCE; PA licensure in applicable states.
- Minimum of two years' experience with adult/geriatric populations preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide primary and urgent care to nursing center residents, collaborating with Center Leadership and Medical Director.
- Work with other clinicians to deliver high-quality care and AlignMed Partners' mission.
