Job summary
A national medical group is seeking a Full Time Advanced Practice Provider in Keene, NH, to deliver primary and urgent care services in a collaborative setting. Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing program and licensed as a registered nurse.
- Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner with a specialty in Older Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner.
- Minimum of two years experience working with adult or geriatric population preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide primary and urgent care services to nursing center residents.
- Collaborate with Center Leadership for center-specific goals.
- Report directly to the Director of Clinical Practice.
