Job summary

AlignMed Partners is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) for our Epsom, NH center. This full-time, on-site role focuses on primary and urgent care for nursing center residents, with no weekend on-call requirements.

The position offers a base salary range of $116,480 to $128,960 per year plus a no-cap incentive compensation program, with opportunities for relocation and CME support. New grads welcome to apply and licensure across states may be required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program with NP/PA scope.
• Nurse Practitioner or PA licensure and board certification required.
• Experience with adult/geriatric populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and urgent care to nursing center residents on-site.
• Collaborate with Center Leadership and Medical Director to meet patient needs.
• Support AlignMed mission with high-quality care and compassionate service.
