Job summary

AlignMed Partners in Shepherdstown, WV seeks a Nurse Practitioner to provide primary and urgent care to nursing center residents, collaborating with the Center Leadership and Medical Director to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program, licensed RN, and NP certification with MSN.
• Older Adult and/or Family Nurse Practitioner specialty; other tracks considered based on need.
• Minimum of two years' experience with adult or geriatric populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and urgent care to nursing center residents in collaboration with other providers.
• Collaborate with Center Leadership and Medical Director to meet patient care goals.
• Deliver high-quality care while supporting AlignMed Partners' mission.
