Responsibilities

• Administer medications following the five rights with knowledge of the medications.
• Maintain accuracy and efficiency in medication administration.
• Report concerns or changes in resident conditions to the licensed nurse.
• Assist with daily ADLs for residents as needed.
• Communicate clearly and follow instructions precisely.
• Engage residents using Moving Well techniques to support wellbeing.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
