Job summary

Winona Health is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for Adith Miller Manor and Roger Metz Manor in Winona, MN. The role emphasizes direct resident care, health restoration, and maintaining resident dignity. You will interpret care plans, document care, and collaborate with the team to ensure safety and quality.

Starting wage is $18 per hour with a $6,000 sign-on bonus for 0.80 FTE (64 hours per pay period) on 3rd shift (10pm–6am). Weekends/holidays occur every other week.

Qualifications

• Must graduate from an approved Certified Nursing Assistant program and remain current on the Minnesota State Registry as a CNA.
• At least 16 years of age; basic computer skills including Word and patient information databases.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care with a geriatrics focus.
• Interpret and apply the resident plan of care and short/long-term goals.
• Document resident care accurately and efficiently.
• Demonstrate teamwork and a positive work ethic to support unit morale.
