Job summary

Winona Health in Winona, MN, is seeking a 0.4 FTE Certified Nursing Assistant for Adith Miller Manor and Roger Metz Manor. This 32-hour-per-pay-period, 2nd shift role (2 pm–10 pm) is on-site, with alternating weekends and holidays.

You will provide direct resident care, interpret the resident plan of care, document accurately in the EMR, and collaborate with the nursing team to promote health, safety, dignity, and well‑being for our residents.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Certified Nursing Assistant program.
• Must remain current on the Minnesota State Registry as a CNA.
• Minimum age 16 years old.
• Basic computer skills (Word) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care with emphasis on geriatrics.
• Accurately document resident care information.
