Job summary

Bethesda Health Group seeks a licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team across Bethesda communities. You will provide basic nursing care, assess residents, and support the care plan within Rehab, Long-term Care, Memory Care, and Assisted Living settings.

The role requires MO and IL LPN licenses, IV certification, and CPR/AED certification (within six months if needed). Two years of nursing experience is expected, with three preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse with MO and IL licenses.
• IV certification required.
• CPR/AED certification required or willing to obtain within six months.
• Two years nursing experience required, three years preferred.
• Willing to travel and work across Bethesda communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care and assist with resident assessments.
• Communicate changes to the interdisciplinary team and families.
• Document assessments and nursing interventions accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and timely.
• Perform IV therapy and monitor residents closely within care plans.
• Assist with ADLs and respond to call lights promptly.
• Participate in care planning and update plans as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to Bethesda policies.
