Total Life Inc. seeks nurse practitioners to lead longevity days in Kansas City senior living communities. You’ll present to residents, conduct one-on-one longevity visits, and collaborate with our team to support older adults’ health and well-being.

Join a program designed around comprehensive geriatric assessment, cognitive health, and medication management. This contract roles offers weekday site days with hours growing as bookings increase.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted Missouri APRN license and Missouri RN license.
• Current national NP board certification.
• Active DEA registration and prescriptive authority.
• Experience with Medicare documentation and E/M coding.
• Ability to practice under a collaborative practice arrangement with a physician.

Responsabilidades

• Lead longevity visits (45–60 minutes) with geriatric assessment and medication review.
• Identify residents for weight management and GLP-1 therapy where appropriate.
• Coordinate follow-up care with primary care providers and specialists.
• Document encounters per Medicare standards in the EHR.
• Travel to assigned senior living communities in Kansas City area.
