Job summary

Senior Care Therapy, LLC seeks Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) to provide in-person psychotherapy to geriatric patients in skilled nursing facilities across NJ, NY, PA, and MD. The clinician handles administrative tasks while focusing on delivering high-quality clinical care.

We offer full-time opportunities with 32 or 40-hour weeks, a sign-on bonus up to $6,000, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing professional support from a psychologist-led team.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state applying for.
• Excellent oral and written communication in English.
• Basic proficiency with electronic health records (EHR).
• Strong organizational and documentation skills with regulatory compliance.
• Ability to provide in-person services at facilities, up to 45 minutes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions in subacute or skilled nursing facilities.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat emotional and behavioral health conditions.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans.
• Collaborate with facility staff and families to support patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the EHR.
