Senior Care Therapy is seeking Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists to provide in-person psychotherapy to geriatric residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities across NJ, NY, PA, and MD. Roles available as full-time or part-time, with supportive supervision and a clinician-friendly workflow.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LMFT license in state applying for.
• Effective oral and written communication in English.
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR).

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions for geriatric patients in facilities.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat emotional and behavioral health conditions.
• Develop evidence-based treatment plans and coordinate with facility staff.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulations.
