Job summary

Senior Care Therapy, LLC is seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide in-person psychotherapy to residents in geriatric facilities across MD. SCT handles billing, credentialing, and administrative tasks to focus on clinical care.

We offer full-time roles with a sign-on bonus up to $6,000, flexible daytime hours, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive clinical team. Licensure in the state of practice and strong English communication are required.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LMFT license in state of application.
• English communication, both oral and written.
• Proficient with technology, including electronic health records (EHR).
• Strong organizational and documentation skills with regulatory compliance.
• Ability to provide in-person services up to 45 minutes.
• Ability to move between patient rooms and offices.
• Vaccination and booster status may be required in some facilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions for geriatric patients in SNF/long-term care settings.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat emotional and behavioral health conditions (depression, anxiety, cognitive decline).
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans.
• Collaborate with facility staff, interdisciplinary teams and families.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation per regulatory standards using EHR.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
