Job summary

Senior Care Therapy is seeking licensed clinicians to provide in-person psychotherapy to geriatric residents in SNFs across NJ, NY, PA, and MD. Flexible full-time or part-time opportunities are available.

We handle billing, credentialing, and pre-certifications, enabling you to focus on clinical care. Roles involve home-like settings with support from a clinical team, ongoing training, and access to EHR systems.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LCSW license in the state of practice.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Strong documentation and compliance capabilities.
• Ability to provide in-person psychotherapy in facilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions in skilled nursing facilities.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat emotional and behavioral health conditions.
• Develop evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient.
• Collaborate with facility staff and families to support care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in an EHR system.
