Senior Care Therapy, LLC in Lancaster, PA, is seeking licensed marriage and family therapists to deliver in-person psychotherapy to geriatric residents in skilled nursing facilities across NJ, NY, PA and MD. Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LMFT license in State applying for.
• Excellent oral and written communication in English.
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR).
• Ability to provide in-person services at facilities, up to 45 minutes.
• Full Vaccination and Booster status may be required in some facilities.

Responsabilités

• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions in a subacute or skilled nursing facility.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat emotional and behavioral health conditions.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient.
• Collaborate with facility staff, interdisciplinary teams, and family members.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation per regulatory standards using EHR.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
