Job summary

Senior Care Therapy, LLC in Pocomoke City, MD is seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for in-person psychotherapy with the geriatric population in skilled nursing facilities.

You will join a clinician-led team with comprehensive support, a sign-on bonus up to $6,000 for full-time, a PacEHR EMR, and a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LMFT license in state applying for.
• Effective oral and written communication in English.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills with regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions in subacute or skilled nursing facilities.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat emotional and behavioral health conditions (depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, cognitive decline).
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to patients' needs.
• Collaborate with facility staff, interdisciplinary teams, and family members to support patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards using EHR.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
