Qualifications

• MD or DO graduate with active US license.
• Board certification in Internal/Family Medicine or eligible.
• Active State License and DEA license required or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patients at local clinics.
• Oversee, direct, and administer primary care.
• Prescribe and administer pharmaceutical treatments and medication.
• Maintain Patient Electronic Medical Record data.
• Collaborate with leadership to meet quality goals.
• Work with Practice Managers to direct the care team.
• Other duties as assigned.
