Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide medical care to enrolled participants.
• Document medical care in compliance with documentation policies.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team settings for care formulation.
• Assist with the preparation of the primary care budget.
• Effectively supervise and manage direct reports.
