Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care to all participants of the PACE program.
• Guide Senior CommUnity Care providers in delivering quality healthcare services.
• Support the medical-related committee work.
• Supervise Primary Care Physicians and Nurse Practitioners.
