Colorado PACE is seeking a Medical Director to oversee clinical care, quality, and medical oversight for participants at two Colorado locations (Aurora and Greeley). The role requires leadership of the IDT, physician oversight, and ensuring compliance and high-quality outcomes.

Full-time schedule, hybrid work elements, and a substantial salary with bonus potential begin in 2027, reflecting the critical nature of this leadership position in the PACE program.

Qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited school.
• Three years’ clinical practice in hospice, internal medicine, family practice, or related field.
• Current Colorado Physician License; board certification (or eligibility) in Internal Medicine or Family Practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care and oversight to participants.
• Lead the IDT, coordinate care plans, and supervise mid-level providers.
• Participate in on-call coverage and after-hours support as needed.
• Support QAPI initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance across sites.
