Universal Health Services seeks a Director to oversee the Senior Bridges Geriatric Psychiatric program, ensuring high-quality inpatient and outpatient care in accordance with hospital and regulatory standards.

The role includes supervision of social services, intake, quality, and active marketing to referral sources and the community, with 24/7 operational responsibility for the department.

Formación

• Master’s degree required; age-specific inpatient setting preferred.
• Experience in a psychiatric setting with at least two years in a progressive supervisory/administrative role.

Responsabilidades

• Directs, manages and coordinates inpatient and outpatient Senior Bridges Geriatric Psychiatric programs ensuring appropriate care.
• Direct oversight of social services, intake, quality and marketing the program to referrals and the community.
• Has 24/7 operational responsibility for the department.
• Participates in the design of clinical programs across the continuum of care.
• Works effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure treatment efficacy.
• Acts as an administrative resource for hospital business development and markets the program on a consistent schedule.
• Evaluates quality of care as well as cost-effectiveness of systems and implements necessary modifications.
