Responsibilities include program development, staff leadership, quality outcomes, and integration with multidisciplinary care models across hospital systems.

Qualifications

• BSN or LCSW license required.
• RN or LCSW license in New Jersey.
• 5–8+ years of related experience.
• AHA BLS and ACLS required.
• CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight for behavioral health programs, ensuring patient safety and evidence-based practices.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate behavioral health services and treatment models.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and accrediting agency regulations.
• Collaborate with medical, nursing, and ancillary leadership to integrate services.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to drive process improvements and patient care.
