Job summary

Universal Health Services (UHS) is seeking a Director to lead the Senior Bridges Geriatric Psychiatric programs, ensuring high-quality patient care across inpatient and outpatient services. The role includes oversight of social services, intake, quality, and program marketing to referrals, physicians, and the community.

The director holds 24/7 operational responsibility for the department and will work within UHS’s large network of subsidiaries to advance care standards and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, nursing or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Directs, manages and coordinates the inpatient and outpatient Senior Bridges Geriatric Psychiatric programs ensuring appropriate care is delivered to patients in accordance with Hospital and regulatory standards.
• Direct oversite and management of social services, intake, quality and marketing the program to referral sources, physicians and the community.
• Department has 24/7 operational responsibility.
