This executive position oversees workforce engagement, financial stewardship, and overall operational performance, guiding the service line toward WellSpan Health's vision of compassionate, high-quality care

Qualifications

• 3 years relevant experience required.
• RN license upon hire required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• Master's degree within 3 years required.
• Appropriate clinical specialty certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee inpatient behavioral health programs for adult and geriatric populations.
• Lead clinical policy development, data management, outcomes improvement, and interdisciplinary coordination.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders to improve processes and share resources across the system.
• Manage staffing across the continuum of care and maintain a flexible budget.
• Mentor the clinical management team and coordinate performance improvement activities.

Education
