Universal Health Services seeks a Regional Director of Outpatient Services for the Behavioral Health division to oversee development and management of outpatient service lines across a multi-state region, ensuring patient safety, clinical excellence and regulatory adherence while driving growth.

Qualifications

• Several years of progressive behavioral health experience in multi-site strategic growth.
• Several years of outpatient setting experience with program & service-line development and scaling.
• Proven track record of driving performance and improving access to care.
• Strong understanding of outpatient behavioral health service delivery models including PHP, IOP, Traditional Outpatient, and Telehealth.
• Bachelor’s in Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Psychology or related field required.
• Master’s Degree in Social Work or clinically related field strongly preferred.
• License: LCSW, LMFT, LPC or LMHC or related preferred.
• This position requires regional travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and management of outpatient service lines across a regional area.
• Drive innovation, performance improvement, and team development across markets.
• Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care and regulatory alignment.
• Report to Regional VP of Outpatient Services and support growth across AK, WA, OR, WY, UT, NV.
• Support hybrid schedule with travel, onsite projects, and home-office work (up to 50% travel).
