Stretch Zone Owensboro is seeking a Studio Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a small team, and drive membership growth while delivering exceptional member experience.

You will coach up to five Sales Associates, ensure high service standards, track KPIs, and coordinate with teams to meet daily and monthly goals. This role rewards initiative with advancement opportunities and hands-on training.

Formación

• Experience leading a small team in a retail/health-witnessed environment.
• Strong front-desk and cash handling capabilities with KPI awareness.
• Commitment to health, wellness, and helping others succeed.

Responsabilidades

• Open the studio, ensure cleanliness and readiness for members.
• Greet members by name, check them in, and make them feel welcome.
• Coach up to five Sales Associates, manage schedule, answer phones, and follow up on missed appointments.
• Support the team in hitting membership sales goals by communicating value of stretching.
• Track daily/monthly KPIs, resolve member questions with professionalism and a personal touch.
• Build a culture of excellence, accountability, and service.

A Day in the Life

• Your day starts by opening the studio and ensuring everything is clean, organized, and ready to welcome members.


• As members arrive, you greet them by name, check them in, and make sure each person feels comfortable and cared for.


• Throughout the day, you lead by example—coaching up to five Sales Associates, checking the schedule, answering phones, and following up on missed appointments.


• You support the team in meeting membership sales goals by demonstrating how to communicate the value of practitioner-assisted stretching.


• Between appointments, you're tracking performance metrics, reviewing KPIs, and ensuring the studio is hitting daily and monthly goals. If a member has a question or concern, you're there to resolve it with professionalism and a personal touch.


• Every day, you're building a culture of excellence, accountability, and service.

Requirements

• Paid experience managing 1–2 team members.


• Retail sales experience (cash handling, KPIs, P&L familiarity).


• A genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed.
