Job summary

Stretch Zone, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager to oversee day-to-day studio operations, welcome members, and drive membership growth by communicating the value of practitioner-assisted stretching.

You will coach up to five Sales Associates, monitor schedules and KPIs, resolve member questions, and foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and service through hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• Paid experience managing 1–2 team members.
• Retail sales experience (cash handling, KPIs, P&L familiarity).
• A genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed.

Responsibilities

• Open the studio and ensure it is clean, organized, and ready for members.
• Greet members by name, check them in, and make them feel cared for during visits.
• Lead by example by coaching up to five Sales Associates and managing the daily schedule.
• Support the team in meeting membership sales goals by communicating the value of stretching.
• Track performance metrics, review KPIs, and ensure daily and monthly goals are met.
• Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and service every day.

A Day in the Life

• Your day starts by opening the studio and ensuring everything is clean, organized, and ready to welcome members.
• As members arrive, you greet them by name, check them in, and make sure each person feels comfortable and cared for.
• Throughout the day, you lead by example—coaching up to five Sales Associates, checking the schedule, answering phones, and following up on missed appointments.
• You support the team in meeting membership sales goals by demonstrating how to communicate the value of practitioner‑assisted stretching.
• Between appointments, you're tracking performance metrics, reviewing KPIs, and ensuring the studio is hitting daily and monthly goals. If a member has a question or concern, you're there to resolve it with professionalism and a personal touch.
• Every day, you're building a culture of excellence, accountability, and service.
