The position requires a Civil Engineer with PE licensure and 8+ years in geotechnical consulting, capable of growing the department and managing budgets, risks, and client relations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Master's preferred with geotechnical emphasis.
• PE license required; typically 8+ years in geotechnical or geostructural consulting with project management.
• Demonstrated expertise in subsurface exploration, geotechnical analysis, design recommendations, and risk management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and grow BLE's Geotechnical Services Department in the Charlotte area.
• Oversee project delivery, staffing, budgets, and client service.
• Develop staff through mentoring, coaching, and performance management.
