Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
• Minimum 5 years geotechnical, construction or related experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify new opportunities and prepare proposals with risk assessment and client Q&A.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Plan pre-project activities, schedules, and material ordering.
• Lead project teams to meet schedule and budget while maximizing profitability.
• Identify changes and manage change orders.
• Monitor weekly/monthly financials, including A/R collections.
• Ensure safety and quality compliance with Keller and OSHA standards.
