Job summary

Keller is seeking an experienced Project Manager for our Birmingham, AL location. The role leads geotechnical construction projects, drives planning, execution, risk management, and safety compliance, and collaborates with branches to meet schedule and budget.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and 5+ years of related experience. Strong communication, computer skills, and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
• Minimum 5 years geotechnical, construction or industry related experience preferred.
• Excellent computer, written and verbal communication skills necessary.

Responsibilities

• Fully understands and complies with Keller risk management policies and procedures.
• Plans pre-project activities including submittals, materials, and scheduling.
• Leads project teams to meet safety, quality, schedule, and budget targets.
• Monitors financials, forecasts, and change orders.
• Escalates changes when necessary and tracks project progress.
• Site visits and audits to verify safe and efficient field operations.
