Job summary

Keller seeks an experienced Project Manager in Austin, TX to lead geotechnical projects from pre-construction through execution. You will build high-performing teams, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
• Minimum 5 years geotechnical, construction or industry related experience preferred.
• Excellent computer, written and verbal communication skills necessary

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with management on strategy and resource alignment.
• Lead proposal development, including risk assessment, profit optimization, estimating, engineering input, technical writing, site visits, and client Q&A.
• Oversee design coordination, submittals, material procurement, pre-job planning, and project scheduling.
• Build, lead, and support high-performing project teams.
• Identify, track, and manage project changes; elevate issues as necessary to ensure proper resolution.
• Review and approve weekly and monthly financial reports, forecasts, budgets, and KPIs; oversee A/R collections.
• Ensure full compliance with Keller and OSHA safety standards and requirements.
