Job summary

Keller is seeking an experienced Project Manager for our Birmingham, AL location. The role leads geotechnical project teams, manages safety and quality, and drives profitability on fast-moving projects.

Required: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Some travel is required; salary ranges from $85,000 to $157,000 per year with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
• Minimum 5 years geotechnical, construction or industry related experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills necessary.

Responsibilities

• Risk management per policies and procedures.
• Initial planning: designs, submittals, material ordering, scheduling.
• Project execution: lead teams, meet requirements, stay on budget and schedule.
• Change management: track changes and escalate as needed.
• Financial management: monitor reports, forecasts, budgets, and metrics.
• Safety and quality assurance: ensure OSHA compliance and quality conformance.
