Keller is seeking a confident, safety-oriented Superintendent to lead field operations in the Rocky Mountaint region. The role requires frequent regional travel and the ability to reside in neighboring states.
In this hands-on position you will supervise on-site crews, manage equipment and materials, uphold safety and quality standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets.

We are seeking a confident, safety-oriented Superintendent with good commercial instincts to complement our ground improvement and shoring Group supporting our Rocky Mountaint region. In this position the candidate will be expected to travel regionally on a frequent basis and can reside in any neighboring states.
In this hands-on position, you will be responsible for on-site project supervision including management of field labor, equipment, materials, safety, and production.
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience working as a Driller. Strong leadership and communication skills are required.
Salary Range: $1 00,000 -$140,000 per year
Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant internal and external experience, knowledge, skills, scope of job, geographical location or other factors permitted by law
