AIMRIGHT Testing & Engineering seeks a Geotechnical Field Engineer to support field explorations and construction materials testing. You will log borings, classify soils, record test data, and collect samples in the field, producing reliable logs for the engineering team.

This travel‑based, 21/7 rotation requires outdoors work at active sites, willingness to stay on the road, and a path toward certification through on‑the‑job training.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Valid driver's license and driving record acceptable.
• Ability to interpret technical information and follow instructions accurately.
• Strong verbal and written communication with reliable field documentation.
• Willingness to obtain NICET Soils I‑IV or 40‑Hour HAZWOPER certifications as required for assignments.
• Must pass a background check and pre‑employment drug/alcohol screening.

Mansioni

• Accompany drill crews to log soil borings and subsurface explorations per ASTM/USCS.
• Monitor field explorations and construction activities.
• Complete detailed field notes and daily boring logs; prepare field reports.
• Collect, label, and transport soil, groundwater, aggregate, and concrete samples.
• Maintain, calibrate, and safely operate field equipment.
• Conduct safety‑compliant field inspections per AIMRIGHT guidelines.
• Coordinate with drillers and project engineers; report field conditions clearly.
• Assist with laboratory testing and sample processing when needed.
• Support additional duties to meet project and team goals.
