Job summary

Commercial Metals Company is seeking a senior geotechnical engineer to lead regional sales and technical efforts in the designated Area. You will review designs, supervise a team of engineers, and drive revenue while ensuring rigorous geotechnical standards and client support.

The role requires 10+ years in geotechnical engineering, an MS in Geotechnical Engineering, and a capability to collaborate with licensees and Region Engineers to deliver feasible, cost-effective design-build solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of geotechnical engineering or geotechnical construction experience.
• Strong understanding of soil mechanics and structural loading conditions.
• Ability to mentor and lead regional engineers and licensees to achieve revenue and technical objectives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all sales and revenue generating functions in the defined geographic region (Area).
• Review and approve Geopier design-build solutions and related technical approaches.
• Develop and implement strategies with licensees and Region Engineers to achieve revenue within the Area.
• Lead and manage a team of Region Engineers to achieve sales objectives and develop training programs.
• Provide technical guidance and direction in support of project feasibility and bidding efforts for Geopier design-build solutions.
• Travel to regional locations to support licensees and region engineers with promotional activities and technical/operational support.
