Job summary

Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a Field Services Project Lead to join our Geospatial Field Services team in Westminster, CO.

The role focuses on directing and coordinating professional services, mentoring junior staff, ensuring client satisfaction, and supporting business development under Geospatial leadership. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in surveying and/or SUE, a solid project management background, and proficiency in AutoCAD, with strong communication and leadership

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in surveying and/or private utility locating/SUE.
Strong understanding of private utility locating/SUE.
Strong background in project management.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Proven leadership and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

Evaluates scopes of work and creates budgets and proposal language based on client requirements.
Manages project teams, tasks, schedules, and resource requirements.
Manages project budget and analyzes profitability, revenue, margins, billing rates, and utilization.
Evaluates team/individual performance and provides feedback to the Service Leader.
Conducts meetings with project team to coordinate the project.
Stays current on trends, technology, software, hardware, and equipment.
Drives value by innovating and cross-selling Westwood services.
Establishes, monitors, and maintains procedures and quality standards for the survey group.
Ensures field work products have consistent appearance and are delivered efficiently.
